3. Once you sign and return the original lease documents, Providence Capital will advance the deposit to StrongProject and your order will then go into production.
4. Once the deposit is advanced to StrongProject, the lease will be commenced and you will begin making monthly payments to Providence Capital or its agents and will do so for the duration of your term.
