- Act in an advisory capacity while utilizing StrongProject intelligence in business practices, protocols, products and services over a broad cross section of industries and trades as it pertains to worklplace design, commercial office space development and start-ups.
- Attend various project meetings involving vendors, building owners, contractors, and other third parties. Oversee and monitor the performance of all parties and communicate key project issues to client. Act as an information hub for all parties to maximize on project flow and efficient implementation of each product group and service.
- Meet with designated members of the StrongProject vendor team to make recommendations, draft, revise, review and finalize specifications and proposals prior to presenting to client and processing orders.
- Meet or exceed client stated functional, aesthetic, timeline and budgetary requirements through intelligent design, specification, purchasing and creative financing models.
- Coordinate the purchasing, installation and inspection of all furnishings and equipment.
